Return & Refund policy
The purchased units could be returned if in brand new condition (unopened box) & the packaging has not been opened or marked within 30 days of purchase; there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted & the customer must pay shipping charges to return the item. Goods which have been taken out of their packaging, used, installed or tested will not be accepted for return.
Using Visa/Mastercard/Paypal
All customer payment information is collected by Visa/Mastercard & PayPal directly. Our servers do not collect confidential information & we keep no records of your instruments of payment.
Delivery of your purchase.
Normally purchases made on a business working day prior to 15:00 PST are shipped the same or next working day. Purchases made after this cut off time will be shipped the next business day. Please be advised that our site acquires the estimated delivery time from courier companies portals & these are estimates. We do not take responsibility for courier companies delivery times.
Shipping Charges
Our system shows free shipping while you are not logged in as system is unable to calculate shipping charges without your address & province/state for tax purposes. Shipping is not free except when you pick up from store or choose to use your own account with a carrier to ship the items.
Warranty Condition
Please note the product you purchased has a 1 year (12months) warranty. Do not open the unit or try to repair the item as this would void the warranty on the product.
The warranty means; equipment hardware is warranted for the term of 12 months from the purchase date to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service; this does not include electrical, mechanical, or other damage resulting from improper use of hardware, either accidental or intentional. The warranty does not include the product’s fit for purpose, nor does it include firmware. Equipment that is damaged by physical abuse, over-voltage, or lightning, or that is used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer, is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
Export restrictions
The goods purchased are for use within Canada & Unites States. The purchaser is aware that the goods (hardware, software and technologies), acquired from Solimedia Technology Inc. are subjected to the sanctions imposed by European Union (EU), United Nations (UN) and OFAC (The Office of Foreign Assets Control of United States of America) and set by binding laws on export control and economic sanctions, restrictions. By making a purchase you agree & acknowledge that you, any of your subsidiary and affiliated companies, will not directly or indirectly export, re-export, transfer, issue or make available the goods to any destination, any physical or legal entity or to the end user prohibited or restricted under binding EU, UN and/or OFAC export control regulation.
