If your equipment is having problems; we are here to fix it.

please follow below procedure to submit your RMA form & we will try to resolve the issue either remotely or by returning the equipment to us.

  1. Download the file by clicking Download tab above.
  2. Fill out with full details of the problem. Please make sure you provide equipment serial number & use your invoice number as RMA number (requests without RMA number & serial number will not be responded to).
  3. go to solimedia.net log in to your account. On top of the page press contact us & send an email to technical services & attach the RMA form.
  4. We will then contact you.
