Return & Refund policy.
A complete return and refund policy is essential for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. Therefore We would like to clearly outline that purchased items can be returned within 30 days.
The return would be accepted based on below conditions:-
- The unit is in brand new condition & the device has not been used or installed.
- A restocking fee of 15% is applied.
- The purchaser is responsible for shipping back charges.
- The original packaging unmarked, unsoiled, undamaged should be sent back.
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
This policy ensures that the process is transparent and fair for both the customer and the company. Once the returned item is received & inspected the refund is sent to the original payment method (PayPal, Credit card or e-transfer) within 3 business days.
