The dual-chain design let’s you configure the device as an Access Point or CPE, and even facilitates the creation of a point-to-point link when two units are used in tandem. The 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 radio with RP-SMA connectors provides flexibility in antenna choice, whether it’s for an omni-directional setup with an HGO-antenna-OUT or a long-range point-to-point link using the mANT30 PA antenna, capable of reaching distances up to 30 kilometers.
Built to withstand the elements, the NetBox 5 ax is powered by a Qualcomm Maple CPU and comes equipped with 256 MB of RAM, a USB port for additional storage options, and a Gigabit Ethernet port with PoE-in for convenient power and connectivity. The device’s design prioritizes ease of use for system administrators, featuring a case that can be opened single-handedly and a protective door at the bottom that conceals Ethernet exits. Installation is made simple with a mounting loop for towers or poles and an optional DIN rail mount.

When another vendor fell through, we contacted Solimedia to see if they were able to ship components within two days. They had everything in stock and immediately processed our order (Ryan is super responsive and very friendly)!
