Description
This 10GBASE-T SFP+ copper transceiver is specifically designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet communication over Cat 6a / Cat7 cable with the extended transmission distance of 80m. It is compliant with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and 10GBASE-T. The long reach 10G copper SFP+ transceiver allows IT designers and data center professionals to extend the distance of 10GbE Ethernet links over an existing copper cabling infrastructure. The copper module provides convenience, flexibility and cost savings for deploying 10 Gb/s technology over balanced twisted-pair copper cabling. This 10GBASE-T SFP+ module only support 10Gbase-T on line port.
